Project Description

This project builds on the previous initiative “Ukraine’s Path to the EU: Poland’s Accession Experience,” implemented by IER and WEI in 2023–2024. The new stage focuses on sectoral dialogue between Ukraine and Poland in the context of Ukraine’s accession negotiations with the European Union. It addresses shared challenges and cooperation potential in agriculture, transport, labor migration, infrastructure, and post-war reconstruction.

Project Goal

To strengthen mutual understanding between Ukraine and Poland in the context of Ukraine’s EU accession by establishing a joint expert base, developing policy solutions, and creating a permanent dialogue platform.

Expected Results

• 6 online discussions with at least 100 participants each
• 1 hybrid event in Poland with a minimum of 5 Ukrainian participants and over 40 total participants
• 6 short analytical summaries
• 2 in-depth analytical papers
• At least 50 social media publications
• At least 2 media articles based on project materials
