One of the "horror stories" that were fed to satiety to population in Eastern Ukraine, is a statement about the disastrous consequences of association with the EU especially for the border regions of Russia.
According to a survey on labor migration, which was held in 2012, 1.2 million citizens of Ukraine work abroad. However, analysis of data from the EU and Russia indicates that this estimate is too low. The number of Ukrainian labor migrants abroad is estimated at 1.5-2 million people, or 6.8-9.1% economically active population of Ukraine.
The tax system reforming processes, such as finding ways to improve the efficiency of the tax system and meet the requirements of the state finance, on the one hand; as well as search for ways to reduce the tax burden on the subjects of economy and to optimize expenses of the state, on the other hand are permanent in developed countries.
