In 2012 GDP grew by only 0.2% as it fell by 2.7% yoy in the fourth quarter. Economic slowdown was complemented by widening fiscal gap.
In 2013 GDP is expected to grow by 1.3% under baseline scenario. Baseline foresees gradual improvement in world economy, slow but continued growth in domestic demand and arrangement with the IMF.
