  In October the Industrial Confidence Indicator made up 0.08. After the decrease in July compared to April by 9 points (from 0.06 to -0.03), it has increased by 11 points in comparison to July. It happened because of improvement of two of the three components of the Industrial Confidence Indicator. The improvement of the production plans of the enterprises for the next 3 months was observed: the value of the corresponding indicator grew up from 0.15 to 0.32 (for details see PRODUCTION INDICATORS).
