Archive 2010

 

Business Tendency Surveys: Industry are quarterly monitoring perceptions and expectations of managers regarding changes in overall economic conditions, production and financial performance at the firm level.  This publication provides with the overall picture of current economic performance in Ukraine as well as the insight about future tendency of business cycle in the country. It includes the early warning indicators such as leading and coincident ones. There are four publications of the Business Surveys: Industry per year available to participants of the surveys and to subscribers.

    Quarterly Enterprise Survey No.4 (34)

    In October the Industrial Confidence Indicator made up 0.08. After the decrease in July compared to April by 9 points (from 0.06 to -0.03), it has increased by 11 points in comparison to July.

    In October the Industrial Confidence Indicator made up 0.08. After the decrease in July compared to April by 9 points (from 0.06 to -0.03), it has increased by 11 points in comparison to July.

    Quarterly Enterprise Survey No.2 (32)

    In April the Industrial Confidence Indicator made up 0.06. After the decrease in February 2010 compared to November 2009 by 14 points (from -0.01 to -0.15), it has sharply increased by 21 points in comparison to February.

    Quarterly Enterprise Survey No.1 (31)

    In February the Industrial Confidence Indicator made up -0.15. After the increase in October compared to July by 12 points (from -0.13 to -0.01), it has decreased by 14 points in comparison to October 2009. It happened mostly because of the significant deterioration of the production plans of the enterprises for the next 3 months.The value of the corresponding indicator has dropped from 0.14 to -0.27.
