The Industrial Confidence Indicator has decreased by 2 points, falling from –0.05 for the 3rd quarter to –0.07 for the 4th quarter of 2005.
Business Tendency Surveys: Industry are quarterly monitoring perceptions and expectations of managers regarding changes in overall economic conditions, production and financial performance at the firm level. This publication provides with the overall picture of current economic performance in Ukraine as well as the insight about future tendency of business cycle in the country. It includes the early warning indicators such as leading and coincident ones. The Industrial Confidence Indicator has decreased by 2 points, falling from –0.05 for the 3rd quarter to –0.07 for the 4th quarter of 2005.
Industrial confidence indicator makes up –0.06. After the rise in April by 17 points comparing to January its August value decreased by 7 points comparing to April.
The industrial confidence indicator increased. It's value grew up by 17 points in April compared to January (from -0.16 to 0.01). It is explained by a significant improvement of firms' production plans for the next 3 months.
