The Industrial Confidence Indicator has decreased by 4 points, falling from –0.01 for the 2nd quarter to –0.05 for the 3rd quarter of 2004.
Business Tendency Surveys: Industry are quarterly monitoring perceptions and expectations of managers regarding changes in overall economic conditions, production and financial performance at the firm level. This publication provides with the overall picture of current economic performance in Ukraine as well as the insight about future tendency of business cycle in the country. It includes the early warning indicators such as leading and coincident ones. There are four publications of the Business Surveys: Industry per year available to participants of the surveys and to subscribers.

The Industrial Confidence Indicator has decreased by 4 points, falling from –0.01 for the 2nd quarter to –0.05 for the 3rd quarter of 2004.
The Industrial Confidence Indicator has increased by 16 points, increasing from -0.17 for the 1st quarter to -0.01 for the 2nd quarter of 2004.
The Industrial Confidence Indicator has decreased from –0.04 in the 4th quarter to -0.17 for the 1st quarter of 2004. This reflects lower production plans by the enterprises at the beginning of the year as well as a deterioration of the assessment of the volume of new orders. The third component of the indicator (assessment of the stock of finished goods) remains without significant change.
