Banks assessed business climate negatively in the 2nd quarter of 2013. As it was at the beginning of the year, none of the banks evaluates business climate positively in July 2013. As they did in February, in July 70% of banks consider overall economic situation satisfactory, and 30% think it is negative. The last two surveys saw the index of business climate assessment at the point of -0.3. Expectations for future changes of business climate deteriorated again. After a temporary increase up to 0.22 in February 2013, index of expectations fell to -0.2 in July. 70% of banks report competition in their sector and unfavorable regulatory climate as obstacles for doing business.
