  Assessment of business climate stabilized at a neutral level. Index of  business climate assessment equals zero after decreasing slightly from the level of 0.06 in the 1st quarter of the current year. In the 2nd quarter of 2011, the number of banks that evaluated business situation positively somewhat increased: from 5.6% in the 1st quarter of 2011 to 11.1% in the 2nd quarter. However, negative assessments spread more considerably. While according to the results of the previous study, none of the banks described business climate as unfavorable, today, 11.1% of the surveyed banks observe negative changes of business climate.
