The Budget Review provides the analysis of the first Draft of the State Budget Law for the next fiscal year, which the Cabinet of Ministers submits to the Parliament prior September 15. The Budget Review contains the assessment of the major fiscal parameters, including central fiscal revenues, spending items on the basis of economic and functional classifications. The feasibility of financing central fiscal deficit is evaluated. The possible fiscal gap is estimated. Separate section of the Review is devoted to the discussion of the interbudgetary relations.
