Aim of the Project: promoting the integration of internally displaced women into the Vinnytsia territorial community by expanding their economic opportunities for self-employment and employment, providing psychological and social support.
Therefore, during the implementation of the project:
It should be noted the stabilization of the emotional state of the participants, the improvement of mood and the appearance of motivation for activities, interest in further development as a strategy for increasing economic well-being. Participation in trainings provided an opportunity to develop professional competences, as well as to exchange experience and receive expert support for highly specialized requests of the participants. Conducting the "Secrets of your own business" program helped to develop the competencies necessary for self-employment, in particular by developing business models and working out marketing strategies, creating and filling business pages in social networks, mastering sales strategies and product promotion, familiarization with organizational, legal and financial aspects conducting business activities, as well as searching for resources. Quantitative indicators during the first month of project implementation include:
- a training course on the development of entrepreneurial skills was held for 20 participants (plan - 15 participants, degree of achievement - 133%);
- 4 trainings on the development of professional competences of IDP women were held for 72 participants (plan - 60 participants, degree of achievement - 120%);
- 15 meetings were held, 45 hours were provided. psychological support for 151 women (plan - 100 participants, degree of achievement - 151%).
