Aim of the Project: Providing assistance to children and youth who suffered as a result of the war and are internally displaced persons in the communities of Lviv region, through classes with local masters, participation in creative classes, acquaintance with local crafters.
Additional Information:
Psychological relief with the use of creative activities, interesting and high-quality leisure and extracurricular activities, integration, finding friends and socialization of children from internally displaced families.
Therefore, during the implementation of the project, it is provided:
10 master classes were held involving 9 masters of folk crafts in 9 localities where internally displaced persons live. The degree of involvement of the participants was at the expected level.
The selected topics and the time of their holding aroused wide interest among the participants. For most, participation in the proposed types of master classes was the first time, which was recorded in the video reviews.
It was possible to attract 261 participants to participate in the master classes, of which 77 were men and 184 were women.
Master classes were held both in places of compact living and in communities where IDPs were involved, as they live in settlements of the community.
A master class with a photo session on traditional Ukrainian clothing and jewelry was held in the village of Demnya near the ancient church of Our Lady of Częstochowa with the participation of 29 people, including 9 men and 21 women. Participants received professional photos from a photographer. A photo zone has been created for taking photos in Ukrainian clothing.
An excursion "Tour with local crafters" was held with the participation of 30 people, including 14 men and 16 women. 5 localities were visited, including a field with cereal crops, where master Volodymyr Mysholivskyi talked about the traditions of harvesting, knitting the first sheaf, and the traditions of celebrations. Next, the Banana Farm was visited, where participants were introduced to exotic plants and tasted craft jams. Next was a visit to a pottery workshop and lunch, after which the trip continued to the Ravlykova family farm. The trip ended at a miraculous spring in the village of Rakive, where the participants rested and shared their impressions of the trip.
10 master classes were held, in particular:
Master class 1: traditional pysankarstvo (28 participants, including 4 men, 24 women);
Master class 2: festive decor from paper (21 participants, including 9 men, 12 women);
Master class 3: creating a festive soft decoration (23 participants, including 10 men, 13 women);
Master class 4: creation of willow bouquets (24 participants, 12 of them men, 12 women);
Master class 5: Boykiv pysanka (25 participants, including 3 men, 22 women)
Master class 6: creation of straw decor (25 participants, including 10 men, 15 women);
Master class 7: pottery (35 participants, including 13 men, 22 women);
Master class 8: soap making (24 participants, including 8 men, 16 women);
Master class 9: eco-souvenir - "Cactus from hay" (25 participants, including 5 men, 20 women).
Master class 10: making a motanka doll (31 participants, including 3 men and 28 women).
A master class with a photo session on the history of traditional Ukrainian clothing and jewelry was organized (29 people, including 9 men and 20 women).
"Tour with local crafters" was held (30 women, 14 men, 16 women).
3 promotional video materials were created and posted on the organization's resources. The video materials reflect the impressions and feedback of the participants about the events from the first person.
