Aim of the Project: setting up of a legal and information advisory hub for displaced persons, highlighting the main aspects of adaptation, activity and interaction among displaced people, who have found their shelter in Cherkasy region.
Additional Information:current problems of the region are the adaptation of internally displaced people, free legal advice and consultations on social protection for them. Therefore, information from regional media, explanatory programs-consultations and demonstration of the positive experience of a number of communities in Cherkasy region is important.
By using real heroes' examples from the region, we intend to show problems faced by refugees, their interaction with local authorities and the community to resolve these problems. We would also like to demonstrate the results of this co-operation - the creation of new social and business projects. And to confirm in practical terms and in the field of information that Cherkasy is really a hospitable region. Our project should become a true helper in addressing issues that hinder the integration and adaptation of displaced persons in local communities.
The organization intends to do the following:

creation of a legal and information centre, advisory for displaced people, with constant telephone consultation and receptions of relevant experts in specific office hours;

active interaction with project information partners, which will provide the opportunity to bring needed information to the wider public.
Project results:

2 tours for children of temporary displaced people to the TRK “Vikka” were organised.

Working meeting with representatives of the Cherkasy City Employment Center was held.

176 legal consultations in the law and informational hub were conducted.

54 consultations on the hotline were provided.

Meetings with representatives of the Moshny, Zvenyhorodsk, Drabivsk regional governments were held.

42 articles on project activities at the information resources of the grantees and their partners were publsihed.
