Considering the introduction of an additional import duty (bills ¹1562 and ¹1563 of 22 December 2014) in the context of cooperation with the WTO, the IMF and the EU, we have concluded that the measure formally complied with the provisions of the WTO agreements, although there may be no questions about the letter, but "spirit" of WTO rules. Also in Ukraine there may be problems in cooperation with the IMF and the EU.
