The share of managers, according to whom the unfriendly regulatory climate is a significant obstacle to the growth of production volumes at their enterprises, almost has not changed in February compared to October (from 43.5% to 43.9%), the values of the components of this indicator almost have not changed either. The share of respondents who consider the barrier “changes in economic legislation” to be great is 12.2%, “high regulatory burden”- 37.0% and “corruption” – 6.3%.
