In October the unfriendly regulatory climate took the forth position in the ranking of impediments for production growth. The share of managers noting this barrier significantly reduced in October compared to July from 54.5% to 39.6%. At the same time, the importance of excessive taxation increased from 56.9% to 65.8%, coming to the first place in the list of obstacles.
It should be noted that the values of this indicator significantly differ for firms of different sizes. The unfriendly regulatory climate is a more significant for small businesses, and excessive taxation — for large enterprises.
Thus, the urgency of the problem of the unfriendly regulatory climate is noted by 44.5% of managers of small enterprises, 35.8% — medium and 37.8% — large enterprises. At the same time, the excessive taxation is a significant obstacle for 65.1% of managers of small enterprises, 62.4% — medium and 71.5% — large enterprises.
