We have already passed the "bottom" of the fall. We will get "plus" in the basic scenario in 2010 despite all the problems. GDP growth will be triggered by the economic activity of the metallurgists, the chemists, and in agriculture.
Moreover, economic growth will be related to the lower base of comparison for the year 2009, where GDP fall will reach 14-15%.
However, economic recovery will not be so powerful and stable as we would like it to be... In this regard, I think that in 2010, we will witness some problems with finances, exchange rate fluctuations. There also are devaluation trends.
