• Road map (concept) on reforms of utilities sector

  Objective: 

  To facilitate improving the functioning of utilities sector by developing the concept of sector reform.

  Task:

  • to review the current state of utilities sector in Ukraine;
  • to analyse the issues of effective tariffs-setting, investment attraction in the public utilities;
  • to develop recommendations regards improvement of public utilities’ functioning.
  Results:

  • review of the current state of utilities sector in Ukraine;
  • analysis of the issues of effective tariffs-setting, investment attraction in the public utilities, analysis of the system of consumption and services, provided that services a single customer;
  • development of strategic directions of reforms of utilities sector.
  Products: 

  Analytical report on the project results.
