• Public expenditure review

  Objective: 

  To study the structure of public expenditure in Ukraine

  Task:

  • to present the structure of public expenditure in Ukraine for the period from 2000 to 2005; 
  • to describe the planning of public expenditure and institutional mechanisms for their implementation; 
  • to describe capital transfers to local budgets;
  • to collect data through interviews and questionnaires of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
  Results:

  • presentation of the structure of public expenditure in Ukraine for the period from 2000 to 2005; 
  • description of the planning of public expenditure and institutional mechanisms for their implementation; 
  • description of capital transfers to local budgets;
  • data collected through interviews and questionnaires of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

  • Analytical report on the project results;
  • Questionnaire.
