  • Assessment of the consequences of Ukraine's accession to the WTO for the Ukrainian economy: defining the necessary tools and methods of quantitative analysis

    Objective: 

    To study international experience of applying methods and tools of quantitative analysis used in analysing the effects of accession to the WTO or in establishing regional trade associations, and develop recommendations for their use in Ukraine.

    Task:
    • to review international experience with methods and tools of quantitative analysis used in analysing the effects of accession to the WTO or in establishing regional trade associations;
    • to develop recommendations on the use of methods and tools of quantitative analysis of other countries (used in analysing the effects of accession to the WTO or in establishing regional trade associations) in Ukraine.
    Results:
    • review of international experience with methods and tools of quantitative analysis used in analysing the effects of accession to the WTO or in establishing regional trade associations; 
    • recommendations on the use of methods and tools of quantitative analysis of other countries (used in analysing the effects of accession to the WTO or in establishing regional trade associations) in Ukraine.
