• Reforms in research and development financing system of Ukraine with respect to successful world experience

  Objective: 

  To analyse the current world trends and mechanisms of R&D financing system and to formulate proposals for reforming the research and development financing system of Ukraine.

  Task:

  • to review the global trends in R&D expenditures;
  • to review the international experience in R&D financing system;
  • to define existing mechanisms to finance R&D;
  • to analyse the research and development financing system in Ukraine;
  • to characterize problems in R&D financing system of Ukraine;
  • to analyse the ways of reforming the research and development system in Ukraine;
  • to develop the conclusions and recommendations.
  Results:

  • overview of the global trends in R&D expenditures;
  • overview of the international experience in R&D financing system;
  • to define existing mechanisms to finance R&D;
  • analysis of the research and development financing system in Ukraine;
  • characteristics of problems in R&D financing system of Ukraine;
