  Sociologic research conducted within the framework of “Land Reform Barometer: information and advocacy campaign” show that a significant part of land owners do not have a document, which certifies a title to a land plot. However, from January 1, 2013 new laws came into force and introduced a new procedure and documents that certify one’s title to a plot of land.
