On July 10 and 11, the next annual conference on Ukraine's reconstruction will be held. Such forums provide a valuable opportunity to objectively assess the state of the Ukrainian economy and identify the challenges that require solutions during the recovery process. At the same time, the next budget cycle in Ukraine begins with the preparation of the Budget Declaration for 2026-2028 and the State Budget of Ukraine for 2026.
Given the complexity and multidimensionality of the political and economic problems that Ukraine must overcome, on June 26, IER held a conference “Ukrainian Economy on the Eve of URC2025 and the New Budget Cycle”, where we presented an analytical report of the same name.
