IER and partners from the #RRR4U consortium presented “Ukraine Recovery Cookbook”.
#RR4U experts have brought forth a fresh perspective on the country's rehabilitation efforts. By likening effective reconstruction to a well-managed restaurant, the consortium's experts have emphasized the need for a capable team, transparency, quality ingredients, clear standards, and the participation of all stakeholders.
The report highlights that the key to success is a flexible and adaptable approach that is guided by universal principles. Any rigid roadmap runs the risk of becoming obsolete in a rapidly changing environment.
The consortium is composed of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Center for Economic Strategy, the Institute of Analytics and Advocacy, and DiXi Group. The 'Ukraine Recovery Cookbook” was produced with the support of the Open Society Foundations and the International Renaissance Foundation.
