The second phase of public monitoring of the activities authority held within the project "Implementation of Agenda Association (PDA) between Ukraine and the EU: expert opinion" during July-October 2010.The project is implemented by consortium of of think tanks consisting of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER), Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR) and the Center for Political and Legal Reforms (CPLR) supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.
