The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER), together with the Center for European Political Studies (CEPS), prepared the second edition of the manual "Deepening EU-Ukrainian Relations: What, Why and How?", edited by Michael Emerson and Veronica Movchan.
The manual contains a comprehensive assessment of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU and the DCFTA. Its purpose is to provide a clear explenaition of the main content of each chapter of the Association Agreement, both in terms of the nature of the obligations of the parties and the progress made in their implementation, and in the context of the prospect of further implementation of the Agreement.
As of today, only English manual is available. The Ukrainian version will be released shortly.
The manual was prepared within the framework of the project "Understanding Association Agreements between the EU and Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia".
