We present the issue of Foreign Policy Spectrum #6 for October-November 2009. The major themes of the publication are the Lisbon Treaty as a compromise for the sake of avoiding paralysis, and reformatting of the relations of Russia-US-CIS and its consequences for Ukraine.
Foreign Policy Spectrum is a regular publication, wich released quarterly and presents a vision of the experts of the Center for International Studies of the Institute of Economic Research and Policy Consulting of Ukraine's foreign policy as an area of intersection of complex internal political developments of the country and no less complex processes in international relations.
