Biography:

Maryna Gutgarts is the Project Assistant in IER. She has over 20 years of experience in Ukrainian and International CSO. She is experienced in monitoring and evaluation, collection and sampling of documents, preparation of training materials, and webinars. She has analyzed survey data and has written reports. She has Master of Social Work and Social Policy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Specialist degree in Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko State University, Kyiv.
