Biography:

Specialization on energy policy consulting (natural gas, electricity, coal and renewables markets), energy efficiency and climate change policies for high-level policy makers in Ukraine and the EU. Experience in international technical assistance projects in Ukraine, conducting of sociological surveys, equity valuation and financial modeling. Previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (Kyiv, Ukraine), as a Research Assistant at Bruegel think tank (Brussels, Belgium) and as a Financial Analyst at KINTO asset management company (Kyiv, Ukraine). Received his MA degree in finance from Kyiv National Economic University and BA degree in finance (magna cum laude) in National Agriculture University in Kyiv.
