Research interests: agriculture, bioenergy, non-tariff trade barriers.
Anna Kuznetsova has about 7 years of analytical and consultancy experience in agricultural economics. She contributed to a large number of international research projects performed by the Institute of Economic Research and Policy Consulting in collaboration with outstanding worldwide institutions like World Bank, FAO, UNDP, USAID, UNITER, SIDA, TIBA, International Renaissance Foundation, Friedrich Naumann Foundation, etc. She is the author and co-author of several policy papers and books on agricultural and bioenergy topics. Anna is an active participant and presenter at international conferences, seminars and round tables. She obtained her Master Degrees at Donetsk National Technical University (International Economics) and at National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (EERC/ KSE with the concentration on market structure, firms and consumers).
During November 2006 – September 2012 Anna worked within the IER’s Project “German-Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Dialogue”. Since September 2012 she started to work within IER’s Project “Trade policy and practice in Ukraine” focusing in issues of sanitary and phytosanitary measures and technical barriers to trade.
