Title: Shaping a conscious and data-driven process for preparing Ukraine's EU membership (Short title: Conscious)

Overall objective: to support the data-driven preparation process for Ukraine's EU accession

Specific objectives:

SO1: Provide Ukraine's public authorities with analytical support and conduct an impact assessment of legislative changes required in the process of alignment with the EU acquis,

SO2: Facilitate the evidence-based public dialogue between the state and non-state stakeholders (including business) on the elements of the legal alignment and other EU accession issues, and

SO3: Enhance public awareness of the EU accession short- to long-term economic impacts on Ukraine

Activities:

WP1: Analytical work, centred on policy analysis and impact assessment. The core element is an updated and well-documented CGE model of Ukraine

WP2: Public dialogue (consultations) among stakeholders

WP3: Information campaign disseminating the action's analytical results is conducted

Period of implementation:

March 2026 – September 2027
