Recovery Spending Watchdog

On June 6, 2023, the Center for Economic Strategy (CES), the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) and the NGO "Technologies of Progress" (TP) launched work on the project "Recovery Spending Watchdog ", funded by the European Union.

The objective of the project is to build a system of independent monitoring of budget and donor expenditures on recovery, analyze them, and involve the public in monitoring the reconstruction.

Project duration: June 6, 2023 – December 6, 2025

The project consists of three main components:

1) Analytical: research and analysis on reconstruction monitoring (CES and IER are responsible for the implementation)

2) Sub-grantining for local organizations that monitor recovery and reconstruction (IER is responsible for the implementation)

3) The Big Recovery Portal platform, which will allow you to involve active citizens and NGOs in monitoring specific projects and coordinate their monitoring efforts (TP is responsible for the implementation)
